Your property may qualify for our equity-based lending program if it is in the Greater Toronto Area, well-maintained, and in good condition. Lendworth can lend up to 75% of the property value, evaluating location, loan-to-value, and liquidity. Approval may come in less than two business days.

Are interest rates and fees flexible?

Interest rates and fees are flexible depending on your credit history and ability to make payments. As an equity-based lender, Lendworth assesses risk based on payment capacity, and verified income may support lower rates.
